Baseball means spring, right?!

Well, Tyler started little league practice, he is on the Indians (cool, huh?!). I am hoping since baseball started spring will be here, is that wishful thinking? Although for practice today it was 56 degrees :) So maybe......

He also had his last Upwards basketball game today and boy, was it a doozey! Let me tell ya, it has been a rough basketball season (up until this --they lost every game). So we started off like all the other games....losing but they slowly we were catching up and with the last minute of the game we were tied! We were thrilled to be tied. Then one of Tyler's teammates took the ball down the court for the most beautiful layup you've ever seen with 1 second left!!! The whole row of parents stood up screaming and cheering......it was awesome. The boys were so excited. What a way to end the season. Yay Grizzlies :)

Makenna had a sleepover last night and we are all paying for it today :( They did not fall asleep until 2:00am.....people I need my sleep (ask anyone who knows me). So I am a wee bit tired today and starting to get a wee bit grouchy. I don't like to talk about it but my sweet angel girl will soon be 13....oh my time goes way too fast. So to hear these almost teeny boppers whisper and giggle was sweet and sad at the same time. Oh this is gonna be a rough birthday for me.
